Experiential Simulations collects e-mail addresses of people who send us e-mail or contact us in any way. We also collect information from account registration. Such information may contain personal data about you including your address, phone numbers, credit card numbers etc. We do not disclose such personal information without your written permission. However, certain information collected from you and about you is used within the context of providing our services to you. The information we collect is not shared with, sold or rented to others except under certain circumstances and which your use of the Service is deemed to provide to us a valid consent to disclose the following: Experiential Simulations may share personal information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Experiential Simulations terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

3. Experiential Simulations uses the information we collect for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
4. When you provide information via the web site or any of these other means, and request information about our products, we will enter your contact information in our database of inquiries. We may use the information to contact you with news and special offers to follow up on your request.

We only use cookies to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, we do not track any other activities.
