Experiential Simulations was incorporated in 1975 under the name: CompEngServ Ltd. (CES) CompEngServ was a leading software services and product company, producing high quality software for customers around the world with a speciality in simulations. As examples, CompEngServ produced simulations for airplane navigation, military decision makers, and air traffic control, the company also produced simulations of real world environments such as cloud formation, marine/ships, air quality, planning, scheduling and the stock market. CompEngServ repeatedly won praise from its partners and customers for its expertise, quality and customer satisfaction. In 2012, CompEngServ renamed itself Experiential Simulations and continues its focus on producing high quality software simulations for the world. Experiential Simulations is located in Europe and North America.

Information Technology Simulation

Co-Founder

At age 21 James co-founded his first software company. Over the next 20 years he and his co-founders grew an international client base. Dr. Bowen has been interviewed in all forms of media in North America and Europe. He has authored 4 books as well as co-founding 4 start-ups. He is also associated with 10 universities in North American and Europe where he teaches MBAs over 12 subject areas including entrepreneurship, ethics, project management and IT management. In the last decade, he has taught over 250 courses to over 10,000 students. He is the inventor of an underwater localization system using passive sonar, a task management system and an archaeological object localization system that uses ultrasonic and infrared. He has also been an advisor, mentor and angel investor of startups. He is active on social media including a twice a week live twitter char session. He is the originator of the national Startup Awards, a startup mentor and has completed many projects. He brings extensive expertise in: simulations/games, teaching at the university/college level, customer service and quality software to Experiential Simulations.

Joshua has a history in analytics, game design and gamification. He is the founder of Compose Dream Games . His first game has been sold across the world, including Canada, Europe, and the USA. He has been invited to speak at numerous conventions.

Juris brings two decades of experience in the technology industry and academia. He was a senior manager in Motorola and served as Chairman of the Board of a technology company, he has started 2 compaines and been awarded the Three Star Order - Highest civil award, equivalent to U.S. Medal of Freedom, or U.K. OBE since then has been a university professor. Juris has a variety of experiences including as a theater producer, polar explorer/mountain climber (has written 2 books on his experiences), believes and is passionate about youth development. He is focused on customer interaction and business development.
